By making a reservation with The Willows, you indicate that you accept our terms and conditions.
- When booking your room, a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person per night is payable
- A credit or debit card number must be given at the time of making your reservation
- Cash or Card payments are preferred – Cheques can only be accepted if they clear at least 7 days before your arrival in order to secure your reservation. Please make deposit cheques payable to The Willows B&B.
- Cheques will not be accepted to settle your bill on departure
- Once your deposit has been taken this will secure your reservation
- If cancellations are made up to 5 days prior to the arrival date, only the deposit will be lost
- If cancellations are made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, the full cost of the booking becomes due
- Your balance is payable by debit / credit card or cash on departure
- We don’t send a confirmation email unless your specifically request it
- When booking, you will be asked for a time of arrival of your party
- If your arrival time changes for any reason, please phone The Willows to notify us as soon as possible
- If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please ring The Willows as soon as possible
- If someone in your party fails to show who is sharing a double / twin room, the room rate remains payable.
(We will be at The Willows to welcome you at the time you state – no later than 10pm please)
(Please phone before 10pm, as we provide very early breakfasts for walkers the next morning)
(Please note that you may be charged in accordance with The Willow's terms and conditions)
Non–availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
